There workmanship was very poorly done, they would scratch the steel panels, leaving bad cut marks, and refused to fix the scratched marks and dents when I would point them out and are very noticeable, way over priced for what the quality is. For existing customers please look over your roofs and make Monroe fix the damages, also the roofs would leak. You want good roofing, I highly do not recondmend this company or any Amish company or Amish individual for any kind of work needed. I don't need a new roof just yet, (in a few years) but I called this company after our cap fell from the top of our chimney, a height project we are comfortable doing. This man agreed to stop and see what could be done after his usual roofing work. Easily climbing the steep roof, he replaced the chimney cap, and on request, even removed the old, unsightly, analog antenna on the roof. We gladly took him up on the offer to take the antenna with him for disposal. When asking him what the charge would be, he said, 'Nothing, just keep the company in mind when considering a new roof.' We will need that new metal roof in the next few years, before retirement, there is no question we are calling this company. Amazing customer service!
